About this tool
This free tool lets you organize PDF pages online without signing up: reorder pages, rotate them, delete the ones you do not need or add the pages of another PDF. It is useful for turning scanned pages the right way up, removing a blank page or moving an appendix before sending a file. All processing happens in your browser.
Pages are shown as thumbnails. Move them by drag and drop or with the arrows, rotate them by 90 degrees one at a time or all at once with "Rotate all", and delete them with a click. The "Reset" button brings back the original order. The final PDF keeps the page content, so the text stays selectable.

Is my document uploaded to a server?
No. Pages are displayed and reassembled in your browser; the file is never uploaded or stored.
Does it cost anything?
No. It is free and needs no account.
How do I rotate a page in a PDF?
Click the ↻ button under the page: it turns 90 degrees with each click. "Rotate all" applies the rotation to every page.
Can I delete every page but one?
Yes, but the document must keep at least one page, so the last page cannot be deleted.
