About this tool
This free tool creates an image of your signature in three ways: draw it with a mouse, finger or stylus, with a smoothed stroke whose width follows your speed or the stylus pressure; type it and pick one of ten free handwriting fonts; or import a photo of a signature made on paper, whose background is removed automatically. You choose the ink colour and stroke width.
The signature is cropped tightly with a small margin and exported as a high-resolution transparent PNG or a vector SVG. Important: an image of a signature does not have the legal value of a qualified electronic signature under the European eIDAS regulation; for a contract, use a recognised e-signature service. Everything happens in your browser and nothing is uploaded.
