About this tool
The window poster tool creates a print-ready poster for a property for sale or rent: up to four photos, title, floor area, rooms and bedrooms, price, a short description, the energy and climate labels and the agency’s contact details.
The French listing statements are built in: price including and excluding fees, fees as a percentage of the price excluding fees and who pays them, annual energy costs, the “excessive energy consumption” statement for F and G, co-ownership information and the Géorisques statement. The poster downloads as A4 or A3 PDF for the window, or as an image for social media.

Which statements must a French sale poster show?
The price including and excluding fees when the buyer pays them, the fee rate incl. VAT, who pays, the energy and climate classes, annual energy costs, floor area and, for co-ownership, the number of units, charges and any procedure. The tool adds them from what you enter; check them before publishing.
Can I add my agency logo?
The free version shows the agency name and contact. A version with logo and templates is being considered.
Are my photos uploaded?
No, the poster is created in your browser.
What print quality?
The A4 PDF is generated at 2480 × 3508 pixels, i.e. 300 dpi, and A3 at 3508 × 4961 pixels.
