About this tool
The Carrez-law calculator adds up the private floor area of a French co-ownership unit room by room. For each room, enter length and width, or the area directly, and the part under 1.80 m high to deduct; cellars, garages, parking spaces, balconies, terraces and open loggias are excluded automatically.
