About this tool
The rental yield calculator measures the return of a property investment. It adds purchase price, notary fees, works and furniture into the total cost, then compares annual rent with that cost.
Gross yield compares rent with the total cost and with the price alone. Net yield takes vacancy, non-recoverable charges, property tax, landlord insurance, management fees and other costs into account, before tax and excluding the loan.
